FLAT RATE SHIPPING & FREE SHIPPING

Our shipping rates are based on individual shipping classes. Depending on what items you have in your cart, a mixture of shipping classes will effect the total shipping cost. For example a subscription will be calculated as a separate shipping cost from a single bag of coffee you are getting only once. If you have any questions please contact us.

  • Get $9 flat rate ground shipping.
  • Free shipping with an order of $75 or more.
  • Roaster’s Choice Subscription bags are charged a flat rate of $7.95 for ground shipping.
  • Flat rate and free shipping offers are subject to change at any time.

 SHIPPING POLICY

We make every attempt to ship your order 1 day after it has been roasted and QC’d but it may be as much as 3 days. We ship everything from Westchester County, New York 10573. We do not ship Saturdays, Sundays or on major holidays. We will use the shipping address information you provide with your order so please make sure it is correct. Java Original Coffee is not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses and the customer may be responsible for any additional fees incurred to get your package to the correct address.

All of our shipping is via UPS or USPS though we may ship using any other carrier at our discretion. We are also closed during all major holidays (New Year’s Day, President’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas) and any order received just before or during will be roasted and shipped after.

Currently we only ship inside the continental United States.

You will receive an email with your tracking information once your order has been scheduled to ship. If you do not receive this email please contact us. Java Original Coffee is not responsible for packages once they leave our facility and we do not guarantee arrival times.

We ship to military bases and APO addresses. If you are having trouble with those particular addresses please Contact Us and we will get it handled.

CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
Changes and cancellations to orders must be communicated to us within 12 hours of the original order submission. You may utilize the Contact Us form.
